The founder and owner (Tony) of Cajun Crawler was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Although he has a background in business, he decided to make his dream come true by opening up his own restaurant. There are many Cajun seafood restaurants here in Texas, however, Cajun Crawler is extremely different. We serve live seafood all year round. We don't have the same flavors as everybody else. Tony came up with various flavors ranging from sweet to salty and mild to spicy. This allows the guest to get the best of both worlds.
